Terms of Service

Voyafi sells prepaid eSIM data plans that let you use mobile data abroad. We are a reseller: the underlying connectivity is provided by our supplier and its partner mobile networks, not by us directly.

Voyafi is operated by Tunay Batuhan ÇELİK, an independent developer based in Türkiye. These terms are an agreement between you and them.

An eSIM can only be installed on a device that supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked. We check your device model before purchase and will block the sale if we can tell it is incompatible, but we cannot detect carrier locking. Making sure your device is unlocked is your responsibility.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. The price you see at checkout is the final price — we do not add fees on top of it. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may apply its own conversion rate.

You can cancel an eSIM and get a full refund as long as it has not been installed or used. Once an eSIM has been installed on a device, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the data allowance has been released to you.

If we fail to deliver a working eSIM after taking payment, we refund you automatically.

Each plan has a data allowance and a validity period. The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network, not when you buy it. Unused data does not carry over and is not refundable once the plan has started.

Network coverage, speed, and availability depend on the partner networks in each destination and are outside our control. We list the operators available for each plan, but we cannot guarantee a specific speed or uninterrupted service.

Use the service lawfully. Do not use it for fraud, spam, or any activity that breaks the law where you are. We may suspend service if a plan is being used in a way that harms the network or other users.

You are responsible for keeping access to the Apple or Google account you sign in with. You can delete your Voyafi account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
